How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information is stored to allow authorized Kia staff to review and respond to business or support requests. Email notification and external CRM workflows are not currently connected.
Access and retention
Inquiry records are restricted to authorized staff. Final retention periods, deletion procedures, and data-rights contact details must be confirmed by Kia Technology before this policy is finalized.
Browser storage and connected services
The staff sign-in experience uses authentication-related browser storage. The website loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Details about all service providers, analytics, cookies, and international transfers must be reviewed before launch.
AI interaction disclosure
The Experience Kia page is an openly labeled scripted sample with fictional data, not a live AI conversation. No microphone input is processed, no appointment is booked, and no business workflow is executed by the sample. Future live experiences must disclose AI use and explain their data handling before activation.
